六:意外责任:

乙方在甲方活动期间,甲方将尽力协助减除发生意外的可能性,建议乙方向保险公司投保意外责任险,甲方将不承担任何意外之责任赔偿。

七:其他:

1. 电源插座:甲方只提供有限度的一般国内标准电源插座,如用电过多需外接电源相关设备由乙方自行解决,为使乙方活动能顺利进行,请乙方将用电负荷提前告知甲方,以便更好的配合。

2. 协议书中的`报价(含优惠价格)只适用于本次婚宴,以后活动报价还需双方协商后决定。

6. 合理提示重要信息

3、有下列情形之一,乙方拒绝签署《上海市房屋买卖合同》的,甲方应承担全额返还乙方已支付意向金的责任:

乙方与房屋产权人在签署《上海市房屋买卖合同》时,就本协议第二条预订条件以外的房屋买卖主要条款不能达一致的;

本协议签署后《上海市房屋买卖合同》签署前,由司法机关、行政机关依法限制该房屋房地产权利的。

第五条生效及其他
