一、词汇
词汇是学好英语的关键，没有足够的词汇就无从谈起听、说、读、写。
词汇量的大小决定一个学生英语水平的高低。因此在初中阶段除要掌握《大纲》要求的800多词汇外，还要扩充500个左右的词汇。在学习词汇的过程中，要掌握词的拼读规则，根据规则记忆单词;同时还要根据构词法知识记忆和扩充单词，通过语境理解和记忆单词也是一个最佳学习单词的好方法。目前词汇在中考试题中汉译英的试题越来越少，取而代 之的是词汇在语境中的运用考查比重越来越大。在进入学习英语的初级阶段时，掌握语音 知识是学好英语单词的基础，读准英语音素是拼读音标的前提。因此一定要熟练掌握48个 音素，要做到会拼读、拼写。有些同学认为中考试题的笔试部分取消了对语音的考查，于是就其次，要注意训练自己听音、辨音和模仿的能力。课堂上，专心听老师的发音和磁带上的录音，争取当堂学会。对于那些比较拗口的单词、短语或句子，课下一定要挤时间反复模仿，直到读准、读熟为止。再次，熟练掌握读音规则，培养自己根据读音规则把字母(或字母组合)与读音建立起联系的能力。因为掌握拼读规则对单词的记忆很有好处。
二、语法
语法是学好英语的基础，它是掌握英语的工具。在你掌握了一定的词汇量后，了解一些语法知识是非常必要的。选择填空是考查语法的一个重要题型。它可以通过选择的方式考查名词、动词、代词、形容词、副词、连词、介词和数词等等。覆盖面较广。 初中阶段所学的语法知识就是那么屈指可数的几个，反复练习过多遍，为什么到头来还是出错呢?这种一错再错的现象在学生中是普遍存在的，即某个题目在以前曾做错过，以后再次见到这个题，还是做不对甚至犯同样的错误。我觉得问题的关键在于没有彻底弄懂错误的原因或没有引起足够的重视。你应该把做错的每一道题，都要进行认真、仔细的分析和思考：错在哪里?是对该知识点不了解还是粗心大意所致?如何改正?怎样才能避免类似错误的发生?是否还有其它的解法?经过这一番反思之后，再把它们记录到“错题库”中去。以后再碰到类似题目就基本上可以杜绝错误的发生。尤其是那些易受思维定势影响的题目更应当这样去处理，否则就很容易重蹈覆辙。
时态学习是中国学生最为头疼是一项语法项目。因为中国人在语言的表达中只有时间的变化，而没有时态的概念，但英语中语言所表述的事情处在不同的时间，要用不同的时态，而且时态的关键表述在句子的谓语动词上。有时背起规则来很容易，但在句子的使用中却常常出现错误。要准确地掌握初中阶段的五个基本时态，重要的还是要在句子中多运用。
三、阅读
阅读理解难度较高，必须在有了充足的词汇的基础上才能进行阅读训练。它是检查你英语学习水平的高低的重要标志。你是否在阅读上花了不少的力气呢?要想提高阅读水平，除了学习课本外，必须在课外有意识地扩大阅读量，提高阅读速度，掌握阅读技巧。养成课余阅读英文读物的习惯。刚开始时，由于词汇量的限制，你可以阅读一些较浅显的文章，尽量读那些没有生词的简易读物。随着词汇量的扩大，你的胃口也会越来越大。要多读原汁原味的文章，这样不仅开阔了眼界，还学到了不少知识。一段时间下来，你的词汇量会丰富不少，理解能力也有长足的进步。开始要有意地读一些诸如科普、历史、地理、环保、医学方面的小品文。有的同学还会经常碰到这样的问题：是文章本身对我来讲没有生词，但做阅读理解题时经常会出现偏差。当然这种情况更多地是设计到阅读理解的考试。说明你在阅读过程中遇到了理解上的障碍，因此在阅读理解中掌握一些答题技巧也是十分重要的。
四、养成预习的习惯
预习对提高我们的学习效率是有很大帮助的。首先，预习可以使自己听课时精力能很快集中到新知识上面来，容易跟上老师讲课的思路，甚至可以跑到老师思路的前面。思路开拓得好，听课效率就提高。其次，预习能增强记忆效果。预习时无论对看得懂的知识还是看不懂的知识，都经过了独立思考，有了初步的印象，加上课上老师的讲解、分析和自己进一步的学习，理解更为深刻了。理解了的知识是容易记住的。我建议同学们在上课之前将第二天将要学习的单词先跟磁带朗读一遍，尽量在朗读的过程中掌握单词的读音和拼写。然后，在课文中找出这些生词的位置，并试着理解相关结构。如果第二天要学的是一篇课文，不妨在不看书的情况下，将课文磁带听几遍，争取在听的过程中掌握文章的大意。这样对我们听力水平的提高也有很大帮助。
五、养成认真听讲的习惯
听课，是我们掌握知识、理解知识、增长知识、接受知识的重要环节和途径，所以养成上课认真听讲的习惯很重要。一般在课堂上，老师会就每一个语言点进行举例讲解。此时，同学们一定要开动脑筋，切勿死记老师报出的答案，一定要在老师提出问题时积极思考，主动回答老师提出的问题。大胆练习，敢说、敢读，因为每一次的积极发言都是一次听和说的训练，对你的听力和口语都是很有帮助的。初三的同学们在下学期将参加口语测试，因此我们要格外珍惜课堂上的每一次回答问题的机会。
六、养成课后复习的习惯
复习的目的是“温故而知新”。很多同学做英语作业时，连当天所学的单词都还没有掌握。所以，不少同学都是翻开课本或笔记本，每做一题，都要在书上或笔记本上寻找答案。其实，这样的做法不仅浪费时间还使作业失去了它原本的意义。我建议同学们做英语作业前，应先复习背诵当天所学的单词、语言点等，归纳知识要点，找出知识之间的联系。等完全掌握之后，再去完成老师布置的作业。这样不仅能提高效率，减少在作业上花费的时间，还能让自己在做作业的过程中巩固当天所学知识。
七、养成专心致志的习惯
学习时是否专心致志是影响学习效率的一个重要原因。有些同学做作业时喜欢戴着mp3，边听音乐边做作业。有些同学做一会儿作业就要起身喝水、吃东西，或者再看看爸爸妈妈在干什么。时间就这样在不知不觉中浪费掉了。因此，我们在学习时应该全身心的投入，集中精力、专心致志，要争分夺秒，不能受周围事物的影响。做作业的时候，要给自己定个小目标，给自己规定时间，限定自己在该时间内完成作业，保证自己的学习效率。这样，我们就会有更多的自由支配的时间。

三、通知的书写
1.发出通知的单位和对象在一般情况下用第三人称，如要求同学们按时到会，不说“We must to…”或“You should…”，而应写成：All the students are requested to be there on time.
2.在语言上，口头通知的句型应该做到口语化，多用简单句和祈使句，语言上尽可能用精炼的文字表达明确的信息。通知中提及的事情都是计划要做的，时态多用将来时，语态多用被动式。
在句式上，常以“Boys and girls/Ladies and gentlemen”等作为称呼语。开头常用句式是“May I have your attention，please?/Attention，please./I've got some- thing important to say./I'm very glad to tell you that.../Please be quiet,everyone! I have something to say./I have some good news for you!/There will be a talk tomor row./The sports meeting will be held.../It has been decided that we'll pay a visit to…”，在通知结尾处常用句式“Please be there on time”并以“That's all. 3.书面通知常以布告形式张贴或写在布告牌、黑板上，把事情通知到有关人员等。为醒目起见，标题地每个字母可以用大写(如NOTICE)。一开头需要交代说明何事(what)、何地(where)、何时(when)、何人(who)。

进入初三后，英语学习不仅仅只是提升理解感知能力，更需要提高应试能力去面对略显无情的考试。因此，在平时的学习中，我们还应该总结出相应的应试技巧。
及时复习，“吃透”知识
很多同学会有这样的想法：我基础好，老师上课讲的东西我基本上都听懂了，课后就没有必要浪费时间复习了。实践证明，很多以为自己听懂了掌握得不错的同学在课后运用知识的时候还是会出各种各样的错误，就更不要说上课听得云里雾里的同学了。因此，在课后，同学们一定要花时间来把老师讲的知识点好好想一遍，真正吃透，使它变成自己的知识点。
及时纠错，总结原因
很多同学有这样的感觉：这个知识点我好像懂了，但是为什么每次做到这类题还是不会呢?问题的关键在于没有彻底弄懂错误的原因。
怎样才能避免类似错误的发生?是否还有其它的解法?经过这一番反思之后，再把它们记录到错题本上去。在记录错题的过程中，最好是先把题目抄上去，过一两天再来做一遍，看自己这次是否能做对。做完后写上自己对这道题的解析：这道题考点是什么，为什么这个题要选这个答案。通过这样反复训练，可以明显降低出错率，培养自信心。以后再碰到类似题目就基本上可以杜绝错误的发生。尤其是那些易受思维定势影响的题目更应当这样去处理，否则就很容易重蹈覆辙。
强化阅读，注重运用

词汇：万变不离其宗，而书本是我们的根本。所以我们要先把校内的词汇掌握透彻。但是很多同学在记单词的时候，一坐就是一两个小时，其实这样是没有效果的。科学研究发现，一个人真正能够高度集中精力的时间就是15-20分钟，所以我们只需做到每次坚持背15分钟左右的单词。并且进行多次重复，记的时候做到多重感官参与。效果绝对要比你一次花一两个小时强很多。背单词的时候，不能只背它最常见的意思，因为考试中的难题往往是熟词僻意，或者是一词多义，还要注意它的用法和固定搭配。
语法：到了初三，孩子们在跟着学校学习新知识的同时，要着手对之前学过的语法进行系统复习。建立完整的语法体系。可以买一本中考版本《五年中考，三年模拟》，按着上面的知识点进行复习，每复习一个知识点要配以30-50道练习题，检测学习效果。对于做错的题，一定要给予重视，摘抄下来，因为你错的恰恰是你的薄弱环节，一定是你没有掌握牢固的。通过摘抄错题，可以让你记得更牢，避免下次犯同样的错误。
二.系统复习，不留死角
英语是一门系统性很强的学科，它分为语法，阅读，完型，写作等各个模块。所以我们在复习的时候，也要做到各个模块都有复习到位，不留下任何死角。
深圳英语中考，阅读完形是拉开同学们分数差距的主要题型，而阅读完形恰恰又是通过训练可以提高的。因此在初三上学期，同学们在学校题量的基础上，另外要确保每周至少限时练习2篇完型，5篇阅读，做阅读的时候一定要注意一次做5篇，限时完成。千万不要做两篇，休息一会儿，再做两篇……对于做错的题一定进行总结，看自己主要错的题型是什么，为什么做错。找到原因之后，可以针对这种题型，进行专门的训练。
写作是冲击高分的关键，而写作不像单词和语法，学完一个点立马就能做对题，它需要我们长期的积累和训练。需要我们不断的写，改，然后再润色。所以在初三阶段，咱们要坚持每周写上2篇文章，并且一定要让老师帮忙批改，知道问题在哪儿，这样才会有进步。光写不改是不行的!
深圳英语中考听说考试在5月份举行，从的考试可以看出，它的难度有加深，对孩子们的要求是增加了的，所以我们不能等到快考试了才开始准备，最迟也应该从寒假开始集中训练。可以买一本深圳英语中考听说考试的书籍，每天练上一套，特别是最后两题，听短文完成对话和看图说话，一定要多加练习。听的过程中要快速用笔记下一些关键词，方便后面答题。
三.限时模拟，冲刺中考
到了初三后期(春季阶段)，前期我们要进行历年深圳中考真题的训练，通过真题的练习来找到自己的不足之处，后期一定要进行限时模拟训练，通过训练，查缺补漏，在任何模块都不能出错，所以对于做错的题，绝对不放过!
当然，方法再好，规划再科学，都需要同学们认真去践行。当然，在这期间，孩子学习任务重、压力大，咱们父母也要多理解，多引导，多鼓励，让孩子知道，父母会一直陪在自己身边，给他们内心以力量!
